Logins & Subscriptions: How It Works (Step-by-step)

To avoid confusion, here’s exactly how access and billing work today.

  1. If you only have the mobile app:

    • You have a subscription only for the old Limitless Guided Visualizations app.
    • Your login for the app will not work on this website.
    • To access the Learn Platform, you will need to create a new account and subscription on this site.

  2. If you only have the Learn Platform (website):

    • You have a subscription only for Limitless Learn.
    • Your website login will not work in the old mobile app.
    • You can still access content on your phone by logging into the Learn Platform via your mobile browser.

  3. If you currently pay for both:

    • You are billed separately for each subscription.
    • We recommend transitioning fully into the Learn Platform so that when we retire the old app, your access continues smoothly.
    • You may choose to cancel the legacy mobile app subscription once you are fully set up on the Learn Platform.

Important Info:

Right now, a subscription in the app does not automatically give you access to the Learn Platform, and vice versa. They are separate until our new integrated app launches.

How To Move From The Mobile App To Limitless Learn Platform

Simple steps to keep your experience seamless.

Steps:

  1. Start your Limitless Learn subscription

    • Click the button below and choose your Learn membership.
    • Create your account using the same email you used in the app, if possible.
    • This helps us support you better during the transition.

  2. Confirm your access

    • Log in to the Learn Platform and make sure you can access:
      • Your guided visualizations
      • Relevant courses and programs
    • Bookmark the login page in your browser.

  3. Decide what to do with your old app subscription

    • Once you’re comfortable with the Learn Platform, you can cancel your old app subscription via the App Store or Google Play settings.
