What Is The 14-Day Stress Baseline Reset?
If you’re tired of white-knuckling through anxiety, overwhelm, or shutdown, this 14-day reset gives you a simple way to change your baseline.
Your nervous system isn’t broken, it’s overloaded. Over two weeks, you’ll learn short, body-based practices and practical stress-reduction tools you can use in real time. You’ll test a variety of approaches and keep the ones that actually work for you, so you leave with a personal calm-down toolkit you’ll return to again and again.
Stress Reduction
Practical tools to bring your daily stress level down from “constantly on edge” to something your system can actually handle.
Guided Imagery
Gentle, guided practices that interrupt looping thoughts and mental overdrive, so your mind has somewhere calmer to land.
Nervous System Regulation
Body-based techniques that help you shift out of fight, flight, or freeze into a relaxed, more regulated state you can feel.
How the 14-Day Stress Baseline Reset Works
Over 14 days, you’ll move from just coping with stress to understanding it and actively resetting your baseline.
Each day combines short lessons, guided exercises, and practical tools you can complete in about 10–20 minutes.
Week 1: Understand Your Stress
You can’t change what you don’t understand.
In the first week, you’ll:
- See how stress impacts your brain, body, and nervous system
- Spot your personal stress patterns, triggers, and early warning signs
- Learn why a high-stress baseline can feel “normal” even when it’s draining you
Week 2: Build Your Reset Plan
Once you see what’s driving your stress, you’ll start changing it.
In the second week, you’ll:
- Practice simple mindfulness and cognitive tools to interrupt spirals
- Use breathing, relaxation, and movement to support nervous system regulation
- Create a realistic stress management plan that fits your actual life
